Paul's Guarantee
I guarantee that you do not have to worry about your lawn and it will be the deepest green possible. If otherwise, an account manager will personally visit your property within 4 days (when humanly possible), evaluate your situation, and be open with you on how we can meet your expectations. In the unforseable experience that we cannot meet your expectations , we will establish a flexible deal with you, which will include as a minimum: refund 3 months payments, extend 3 months credit to your account, OR give you a generous gift card redeemable at a restaurant or store of your choice. A great relationship with you is a big deal to us.
Price Increase
If your monthly subscription rate needs to be increased, for any reason, we will notify you and ask your permission before servicing with the adjusted price.
Cancellation
Your subscription will continue monthly unless you contact us to cancel it or if your payment is declined.
We Expect You to

Keep your lawn consistently cut at a minimum of 2.5" high - preferably 3".

Water your lawn during the Summer when drought hits, or if you decide not to water during a drought that you be patient while your lawn recovers from the stress.

Remove pet litter from the lawn area, or be understanding when beautiful "dog spots" show up in your pet's favorite "go" zone.

Advise us of any area of your lawn that is not the deepest green possible, or seems to be neglected. Simply call the office and tell us about it or e-mail service@WiseGrass.com.
